I hope you love your order from The Little Bookstore! If something isn't quite right, I am happy to help.

Returns

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact me through our Contact page. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Kindle Cases

Please double-check your Kindle model before placing your order, as Kindle cases are made to fit specific models and sizes.

If you accidentally order the wrong Kindle case, you may request a return within our 14-day return period as long as the case is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so I can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Any items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, I'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
